Provide Reference Standards For Fuse Selection

1) Rated current of lighting circuit melt ≥ sum of working current of all lighting appliances on the protected circuit.

(2) Motor:

① Melt rated current of single direct starting motor=(1.5 ～ 2.5) × Motor rated current.

② Total protective melt rated current of multiple direct starting motors=(1.5 ～ 2.5) × Sum of current of each motor.

③ Rated melt current of step-down starting motor=(1.5~2) × Motor rated current.

④ Rated melt current of wound motor=(1.2 ～ 1.5) × Motor rated current.

(3) Rated melt current at low voltage side of distribution transformer=(1.0 ～ 1.5) × Rated current at low voltage side of transformer.

(4) Rated current of shunt capacitor bank melt=(1.3 ～ 1.8) × Rated current of capacitor bank.

(5) Rated current of welding machine melt=(1.5 ～ 2.5) × Load current.

(6) Rated current of electronic rectifier element melt ≥ 1.57 × Rated current of rectifier element. Note: Fast fuse link shall be selected

Note: The value range of the melt rated current is to adapt to the standard part rating of the melt.
